Normalize signal data to [0, 1].
- Return type:
ndarray- Parameters:
signals (np.ndarray) – Signal array.
- Returns:
Normalized signal array.
- app.deepbeat_data_visualization.plot_signal_grid(labels, signals, subject_ids, tag, save_path, dpi=300)[source]
Create signal grid plot.
- Return type:
None- Parameters:
labels (np.ndarray) – Blood pressure values.
signals (np.ndarray) – PPG time series.
subject_ids (np.ndarray) – Subject IDs.
tag (str) – Tag of figure in tensorboard.
dpi (int, optional) – Resolution of image, by default 300.
